The effects of Acetamiprid application on the anatomical structures of a leaf of culture forms of corn

Acetamiprid Uygulamasının Mısır Kültür Formlarında Yaprak Anatomik Yapısı Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

In this study, Acetamiprid, an insecticide, was applied to two different culture forms of corn (SERT mısır Adapop 2 ve CİN mısır Adapop 10) in different concentrations (3 g/5 l, 6 g/5l, 9 g/5 l) and the possible effects of this insecticide on the anatomical structures of a leaf of corn. Depending on the applications, a decrease was observed in all application groups in the lower epidermis of the leaf of CİN corn, and in the upper epidermis of the leaf of SERT corn. There was a decrease in anatomical parameters of leaves in all application groups of CİN corn while an increase in 6 g/5 l ve 9g /5 l groups of SERT corn compared to the control group. In addition, when the cross sections of the leaves were examined, some deformations were observed in mesophyll cells.

Bu çalışmada, iki farklı mısır (Zea mays L.) kültür formuna (SERT mısır Adapop 2 ve CİN mısır Adapop 10) Acetamiprid etken maddeli bir insektisit farklı konsantrasyonlarda (3 g/5 l, 6 g/5l, 9 g/5 l) uygulanmış ve bu insektisitin mısır bitkisinin yaprak anatomik yapısı üzerine olası etkileri araştırılmıştır. Yapılan uygulamalara bağlı olarak, Stoma indeksi değerlerinde; CİN mısırda yaprak alt yüzeyde, SERT mısırda yaprak üst yüzeyde olmak üzere tüm uygulama gruplarında azalma gözlenmiştir. Yaprak anatomik parametrelerinde; CİN mısırda tüm uygulama gruplarında azalma gözlenirken, SERT mısırda ise 6 g/5 l ve 9g /5 l uygulama gruplarında kontrole göre artışlar belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca yaprak enine kesitlerinde mezofili oluşturan hücrelerde bazı deformasyonlar olduğu da gözlenmiştir.
