Abstract

This article evaluates the impact of global changes on national education in a comprehensive perspeçtive and endeavors to suggest new education concepts that would lead development and change. The more öne learns about modern education systems, the faster will be the process of harmonization will recent developments. Modern educational structures based on knowing, inventing and discovering, at preseni, encompasşes the social and intellectual developments. Global education should be eveluated with an understanding that would correspond to requirements of Information society. in our education system, learning process involving comprehension, thinking and practicing should b attached importance. it is principle that independent, innovationist and creative people are educated. Active teaching methods as well asstudent-centered approaches, question asking and scientific reseach approach may easier pioneer new perspectives in the field of education. Interest, curiosity and wlll to learn are the fundamentals of learniııg process. Thls study is aimed at setting forth the subjects such as evaluation of learning process. Bu makalede, global değişimlerin ulusal eğitime olan etkileri, geniş bir bakış açısıyla ele alınarak değerlendirilip, gelişim ye değişimlere liderlik yapacak yeni anlayışlar önerilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Çağdaş eğitim sistemlerini öğrendikçe, yeni gelişimlere uyum süreci daha da hızlanabilir. Bilmek, bulmak, keşfetmek üzerine kurulan modern eğitim yapıları, günümüzde sosyal ve entelllektüel gelişimleri de kapsamaktadır. Global eğitim, bilgi toplumu gereksinimlerini karşılayabilecek bir anlayışla değerlendirilmelidir. Eğitim sistemimizde anlama, düşünme ve uygulamayı içeren öğretime önem verilmelidir. Bağımsız, yenilikçi, yaratıcı düşünebilen ve üretebilen kişiliklerin yetiştirilmesi esastır. Aktif öğrenim metotları ile, öğrenci merkezli yaklaşımlar, soru sorma ve bilimsel tartışmaya yönelmek eğitimde yeni bakış açılarını kolaylıkla kazandırabilir. İlgi, merak ve öğrenim isteği öğrenimin odak noktasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada öğrenilenlerin gerçek yaşama aktarılarak değerlendirilmişi, global eğitim liderliği ve geleceğin sürekli öğrenen çağdaş eğitim sistemlerinin tasarlanması ortaya konmaktadır.
