Abstract

Extrahepatic Biliary Stricture Due to Hypertrophied Ro¬tation After Right Hepatic Lobectomy After partial hepatectomy, liver regeneration occurs with the return of hepatocyte mass to normal. We encountered extrahepatic biliary stricture due to hypertrophied hilar rotation in two patients who had right hepatic lobectomy for liver trauma. Here in we describe two patients with right hepatic lobectomy complicating benign bile duct stricture. The diagnostic criteria, clinical significance, and operative management in the presence of hypertro¬phied left lobe rotation are discussed.
