Comparative Evaluation of Accounting Graduate Education Training in the Graduate Process and After This Process and an Application

MUHASEBE LİSANS EĞİTİMİNİN EĞİTİM SÜRECİNDE VE SÜREÇ SONRASINDA EDİNİLMESİNİN MUKAYESELİ OLARAK DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİNE İLİŞKİN BİR UYGULAMA ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Accounting graduate education is trained at the faculties during the graduate process and at the KPSS A courses after this process in Turkey. In this study that aims evaluation of the accounting graduate training at the faculties during the graduate process and then at the KPSS A courses, success and efficiency factors and lecturer s charecteristics have been used as comparative factors. For this purpose, questionnaires have been made for the KPSS A courses students in Turkey s three different regions with the complete census method. Acccording to application results, there is differences on the significant level between success and efficiency factors and lecturers charectericticses . In addition that education factors means and standard deviations defined faculties education is better than KPSS A courses.

Özet

Türkiye de muhasebe lisans eğitimi lisans eğitimi esnasında fakültelerde, lisans eğitimi sonrasında ise KPSS A kurslarında verilmektedir. Muhasebe lisans eğitiminin eğitim sürecinde fakültelerde ve eğitim süreci sonrasında KPSS A kurslarında verilmesinin değerlendirilmesini amaçlayan bu çalışmada, kıyaslama faktörleri olarak başarı ve verimlilik etkenleri ile öğretim elemanları nitelikleri kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla Türkiye nin üç ayrı bölgesinde belirlenen KPSS A kursu öğrencilerine, tam sayım yöntemiyle anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre muhasebe eğitimine etki eden başarı ve verimlilik faktörleri açısından önemli düzeyde farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca, fakülte ve KPSS A kursu faktörlerin ortalama değerleri ve standart sapma değerleri fakülte eğitiminin daha iyi düzeyde olduğu sonucunu ortaya koymuştur.
