Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the features business owners look for in their heirs. For this purpose, a structured interview was held with 57 business owners registered in the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Ardahan and Sivas. Since, a significant part of the data obtained in the study was not suitable for statistical analysis, data were collected as percentage tables. Descriptive and Multiple Response analysis were performed on SPSS analysis program for some questions. The structured interview was attended by 28 business owners from Ardahan and 25 business owners from Sivas. Characteristic features which they seek in their heirs are "integrity , being loyal to the business , being entrepreneurial and agile".
Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacıişletme sahiplerinin işi devredecekleri varislerinde ne gibi özellikler aradıklarını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla Ardahan ve Sivas ili Ticaret ve Sanayi odasına kayıtlı, toplam 57 işletme sahibi ile yapılandırılmış mülakat gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen verilerin önemli bir kısmı istatistiksel analize uygun olmadığından veriler yüzdelik tablolar şeklinde derlenmiştir. Bazı sorular için SPSS analiz programında Tanımlayıcı analiz ve Çoklu Yanıt analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılandırılmış mülakat görüşmesine Ardahan’dan 28, Sivas’tan 25 işletme sahibi katılmıştır. Katılımcıların işletmelerini devredecekleri variste aradıkları özelliklerde ise “Dürüstlük, İşletmeye Sadık Olmak, Girişimci ve Atak Olmak”gibi özellikler ön plana çıkmıştır.
