Justice, Right and Liberty in Liberal Doctrine

Abstract
In this study the concept of justice is examined in connection with the conceptsof right and liberty which are nearest to it. The meanings attached to these concepts must be clarified to obtain a historical perspective concerning the development of the Liberal Doctrine. This doctrine, in its contemporary setting, entails ideas which enlighten international politics and international law. Significant theories are studied and the possibilities of their application assessed. The Liberal Doctrine still seems to be effective in the world-wide recognition of human rights.
Özet
Bu çalışmada adalet kavramı, onunla en yakın bağıntısı olan hak ve özgürlük kavramlarıyla birlikte incelenmiştir. Liberal Öğreti'nin gelişimi hakkında tarihsel bir bakış açısı kazanmak için bu kavramların anlam içerikleri açıklığa kavuşturulmalıdır. Bu öğreti, çağdaş konumunda, uluslararası siyasete ve uluslararası hukuka ışık tutan fikirler içerir. Önemli teoriler incelenmiş ve uygulanabilme olanakları değerlendirilmiştir. Liberal Öğreti, insan haklarının dünya ölçeğinde tanınmasında, bugün de etkin görünmektedir.
