Abstract

Along with advancement of the technology, the performance showed by the metals without any heat processes has been inadequate under the severe conditions. Various surface coating methods have been improved to provide desirable surface performance on these conditions. One of the surface coating method is Thermal Spray Coating. These methods have a large area of usage on the industry sector. The publicity of the thermal spraying methods will be shown with this study

Teknolojinin hızla ilerlemesiyle metalik malzemelerin herhangi bir işlem uygulanmadan göstermiş olduğu performansı, ağırlaşan şartlar altında yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu şartlarda malzemelerin istenilen yüzey performanslarını sağlaması amacıyla çeşitli yüzey kaplama yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir. Yüzey kaplamada kullanılan bu yöntemlerden bir tanesi de Isıl Püskürtme ile kaplama yöntemleridir. Bu yöntemler, sanayi sektöründe büyük bir kullanım alanına sahiptir. Bu çalışma ile yüzey kaplamada kullanılan ısıl püskürtme yöntemlerinin tanıtılması amaçlanmıştır.
