İktisat Metodolojisine eleştirel bir katkı: "İktisat kuramında pozivitizm ve postmodernizm"

Abstract

In this paper, I’ve tried to analyse the book “‹ktisat Kuram›nda Positivizm ve Postmodernism” by Prof. Ahmet Kara. The author has attempted to analyse the ontological and epistemological components of logical positivism. After criticising these components, Prof. Kara explains the methodological backgrounds of both neo-classical and Marxist theories. At the end of the book, he comments on the post-modern epistemology and formulates the fundamentals of post-modern political economy.

Bu yazıda, Prof. Dr Ahmet Kara’nın “İktisat Kuramında Pozitivizm ve Postmodernizm” kitabı tahlil edilmiş, yazarın hâkim iktisat metodolojisine yönelttiği eleştirilere, okuyucunun dikkati çekilmeye çalışılmıştır. Prof. Kara’nın belli bir dönem aralığında yazdığı makalelerin derlenmesiyle hazırlanan bu kitap üç temel konunun tartışmasından oluşuyor. Bunlar: Neoklasik İktisatta Pozitivizm ve Rasyonalite, Ortodoks Marksist İktisat Metodolojisi, Post-modern Epistemolojiler ve Post-modern Politik İktisat’tır.
