Abstract

The Roman Empire historically being the fundamental source of the Continental Europe’s legal system has been inspiring Turkish civil judicial mechanism. Theorically the procedural system of the Roman Empire still has lots to offer for the contemporary continental law scholars.

Roma İmparatorluğu, Kıta Avrupası hukuk sisteminin kaynağı olması nedeniyle Türk Adli mekanizmasını da hala etkilemeye devam etmektedir. Tarihsel olarak Roma medeni usul hukukunun çağdaş dönem Kara Avrupası hukukçuları için günümüzde de bir ilham kaynağıdır
