Abstract

Relating to their weapons and ammunitions, it is regulated in the article 146’th of the Military Penal Code (AsCK) that, perpetrators who cause injury or death to others with negligence will be punished according to articles 85 and 89 th, which are referred on this issue, of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK). The elements, characteristic and features of this type of crime will be our research topic in our article
