Abstract

SUMMARY. Although the most common intra-thoracic manifestation ofHodgkin's disease is tracheobronchial and mediastinal lymph node involvement, pulmonary parenchyma] involvement has been also reported to occur 11 to 40 percent of cases. In that case, the differential diagnosis of the disease with tuberculosis, sarcoidosis and other disorders with lung and'mediastinal nodal involvement need to be obtained. In this report, we present a case ofHodgkin's disease with tuberculosis and evaluate the procedures we performed to reach the diagnosis. ,

Özet

ÖZET. Hodgkin hastalığının en sık rastlanılan intratorasik bulgusu trakeobronşiyal ve mediastinal lenf nodu tutulumu olmakla birlikte, olguların % 11-40' ında akciğer parankim infiltrasyonu da saptanmıştır. Bu durumda hastalığın tüberküloz, sarkoidoz ve akciğer parankim infiltrasyonu ile birlikte mediastinal lenfadenopatiye neden olan diğer hastalıklardan ayırıcı tanısı gereklidir. Bu bildiride, tüberküloz ve Hodgkin hastalığının birlikte bulunduğu bir olguyu sunarak tanısal algoritmi değerlendirmeyi ve tartışmayı amaçladık.
