Abstract
Atatürk's idea of national sovereignty began to appear in the ranks of the war School (1899-1902) and the war Academy (1902-1905). Mustafa Kemal and his close friends began to write their thoughts arising from the circumstances by publishing a secret school newspaper due to that enthusiasm, and as they worked in this way, they began to develop their ideas. That's why they ended up in exile!

Atatürk’te millî egemenlik fikri Harp Okulu (1899-1902) ve Harp Akademisi (1902-1905) sıralarında belirmeye başlamıştı. Mustafa Kemal ve yakın arkadaşları, o hevesin etkisiyle gizli bir okul gazetesi çıkararak koşullardan doğan düşüncelerini yazmaya, bu şekilde çalıştıkça da fikirlerini geliştirmeye başladılar. Bu yüzden sonları sürgün olmuştu!
