Abstract
Although the southern front is seen as a second-degree front of the Turkish War of Independence, Mustafa Kemal Pasha was very interested in this front from the beginning to the end, he followed the events with the reports he received day by day, gave the necessary directives, organized the national resistance organizations that were established here, and brought him to discipline.

Güney cephesi Türk İstiklâl Harbi’nin ikinci derecede bir cephesi olarak görülmesine rağmen Mustafa Kemal Paşa bu cepheyle başından sonuna kadar çok yakından ilgilenmiş, aldığı raporlarla olayları günü gününe takip etmiş, gerekli direktifleri vermiş, burada yer yer kurulmuş bulunan millî direnme örgütlerini teşkilatlandırarak sistemli bir hale getirmiş ve bir disipline kavuşturmuştu.
