Ešraf al-Masālik fī al-Manāsik for Nūḥibn Mustafa al-Konewi: Study and Critical EditionandTahkik

NÛḤB.MUSTAFA EL-KONEVİ’NİN EŞREFU’L-MESALİK Fİ’L-MENASİK ADLI RİSALESİ: İNCELEME

Abstract

This study comprises theanalysis and the exploration of a paper named “ešraf al-Masālik fī al-Manāsik” for Nūḥibn Muṣṭafa al-Konewi who died in 1070 A.H/1660. He was a great scholar, author, and a professional and unique faqīh. He held the position of the deliverance of advisory opinions in the city of Konya and moved to Egypt for preaching and teaching. He has contributed an impressive amount of scientific contributions about writing and authorship which has enriched the Islamic library with many useful books and publications especially in the field of Islamic Fiqh and concepts. Therefore, I have analyzed and examined his written work "ešraf al-Masālik fī al-Manāsik" based on three handwritten copies which I have found from the library of Waliyyuddīn Efendi and the library of Aya Sophia which both belong to the library of al-Sulaymāniyah in Istanbul. This paper is considered to be among the Fiqh papers and work that talk and focus on the topic of al-ḥaǧ(pilgrimage). And, the author in this work aimed to explain and illustrate briefly only what is needed by the visitors visiting Masjid al-ḥarām without going into details or depth which has become the style and the manner of this paper. And he has displayed and given the description of al-ḥaǧ(pilgrimage) and what the pilgrims should do from the beginning of the rites of al-ḥaǧ(pilgrimage) until the end based on his school of thought which is the school of ʾby Hanīfah al-Nuʿmān.

Özet

Bu çalışmada Nûḥb.Mustafael-Konevî’nin(v:1070h/1660) “Eşrefu’l-Mesâlikfi’l-Menâsik” adlı risalesinin tahkikli çalışması yapıldı. Büyük bir alim ve fakih olan müellifimiz zamanın Konya müftüsüdür. Tebliğ ve ilmi çalışmalar için Mısır’a gittikten sonra orada vefat etmiştir. İlmi alanlarda birçok gayreti vardır.Özellikle fıkıh ve fıkıh usulüsahasında önemli eserlere imza atmıştır. Makalede adı geçen eser Veliyüddin Efendi ve Ayasofya’dan elde edilen üç nüsha baz alınarak tahkik edilmiştir.Eşrefu’l-Mesâlik fi’l-Menâsik adlı bu risalesinde hacı adaylarının beytullahta hac ibadeti için ihtiyaç duyduğu fıkhi konuları ele almış ve bununla ilgili temel konulara kısaca değinmiştir. Hac farizasının anlamını, en başından en sonuna kadar hacıların yapmak zorunda olduğu vecibeleri hanefi mezhebine göre açıklamıştır.
