Abstract
Secondry involvement of the adrenal gland with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is fonud in 25 % of the patients. However, primary lymphomas rising in the adrenal gland are extremely rare. We present a case of primary adrenal lymphoma with nonspecific symp¬toms of adrenal involvement which was bilateral at the time of diagnosis.

Sürrenal bez tutulumu Hodgkin dışı lenfoma olgularının %25'inde saptanabilmesine rağmen, primer sürrenal lefıfoması oldukça nadirdir. Sürrenal bez tululumuna özgün olmayan belirtilerle başvuran ve tanı anında bilateral sürrenal bez tutulumu gösteren, bir primer lenfoma olgusunu takdim etmekteyiz.
