Abstract
Support is providing partly or completely someone else’s livelihood regularly or continuously. In other words, it is a person likely to look after the person.If supporter is dead, the administration is responsible for compensation for lack of support. Moreover,it is need to be one of the conditions of responsibility about death of the supporter. Furthermore,it is necessary to have a supporter who is enough rich to take care of the person and the person who demands compensation need money to live properly in order to take the compensation. Finally loss is need to take the compensation
Özet
Destek, başkasının geçimini kısmen veya tamamen, sürekli ve düzenli olarak sağlayan veya ona ileride bakması kuvvetle muhtemel olan kişidir. İdarenin destekten yoksun kalma tazminatından sorumlu olabilmesi için öncelikle destek olan kişinin ölmesi gerekmektedir. Yine idarenin destek olan kişinin ölümünden dolayı kusurlu veya kusursuz sorumluluk hallerinden birinin bulunması gerekmektedir. Aynı zamanda da desteğin bakım gücünün ve tazminat talep edenin bakım ihtiyacının bulunması gerekir. Son olarak da tüm tazminat talepleri için varlığı gerekli bir şart olan zarar bulunmalıdır
