Yield, income status of some non wood forest products and determining of strategies to be followed in Antalya Forest District Directorate

Abstract
In this study was prepared based on tables of the amount of monthly production, sales and stock of non-wood forest productsof 13 forest management directorate in Antalya Forest Management Regional Directorate between 1990-2010 the years. In this study was given place to sage, rockrose, laurel, stone pine, carob, thyme, myrtle and strawberry tree in this region. Amount of productions for this species was determined according to forest management directorate, yearly and monthly. The income from those products (TL/YTL) was calculated by changing based on exchange rates of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. It was determined the amount of production of non-wood forest productsis 33615.2tons and the income from non-wood forest products is 1108861 $ for 21 years in general Antalya region. It was calculated income of Antalya Forest Regional Directorate is 52803 $, annual average income of per forest management directorate (13 numbers) is 4062 $ and monthly average income of per forest management directorate is 338 $ was obtained from non-wood forest products. It was determined the total income is obtained from production of non-wood forest products in Serik (256119 $) and Manavgat (219293 $) Forest Management Directorates; the maximum income is obtained from thyme (361025 $), laurel (232232 $) and stone pine cone (188225 $); the highest income years is obtained from 2008 (126037 $), 2004 (117502 $) and 2005 (103154 $); the highest income months is obtained from October ($ 214,640), September ($ 197,749) and November ($ 140,339).
Özet
Bu çalışma,1990-2010 yılları arasında Antalya Orman Bölge Müdürlüğü‟ne bağlı 13 adet orman işletme müdürlüğünün aylık olarak hazırlamış olduğu Tali Orman Ürünlerine Ait Aylık Üretim Satış ve Stok Durumu cetvelleri esas alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Bölgede doğadan toplanan odun dışı orman ürünlerinden adaçayı, laden, çalba, defne, fıstıkçamı kozalağı, keçiboynuzu, kekik, mersin yaprak, mersin meyve ve sandal türlerine çalışmada yer verilmiştir. Bu türlere yönelik üretim miktarları (ton) işletme, yıl ve aylara göre belirlenmiştir. Bu ürünlerden elde edilen gelir (TL/YTL),Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Merkez Bankası döviz kurları esas alınarak USD $‟a dönüştürülmesiyle reel olarak hesaplanmıştır. Antalya genelinde 21 yıllık süre içerisinde yukarıda belirtilen odundışı orman ürünlerinden toplam 33615,2 ton üretime karşılık 1108861 $ gelirin elde edildiği ortaya konulmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre Antalya Orman Bölge Müdürlüğü‟nün yıllık ortalama 52803 $, işletme başına yıllık ortalama 4062 $ ve işletme başına aylık ortalama 338 $ gelirin elde edildiği hesaplanmıştır. Üretimde en büyük paya sahip işletmelerin Serik (256119 $) ve Manavgat (219293 $) orman işletmeleri olduğu, en fazla gelirin elde edildiği ürünlerin kekik (361025 $), defne (232232 $) ve fıstıkçamı kozalağı (188225 $), en yüksek gelirin elde edildiği yılların2008 (126037 $), 2004(117502 $) ve 2005 (103154 $), en yüksek gelirin elde edildiği ayların ise ekim (214640 $), eylül (197749 $) ve kasım (140339 $) ayları olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
