Abstract
In this study, factors affecting the occurrence of occupational burnout syndrome in doctors were examined. Professional burnout syndrome and professional satisfaction are associated with financial income as well as reported factors. This letter is presented in order to contribute to the article by emphasizing this relationship.
Özet
Bu çalışmada mesleki tükenmişlik sendromuna yol açan işle ilgili faktörler arasında stres, zaman baskısı, çalışma saatlerinin fazla olması ve vardiyalı çalışmanın yer aldığı raporlanmıştır. Mesleki tükenmişlik sendromu ve mesleki doyumun raporlanan etkenlerin yanında maddi gelir ile de ilişkisi bulunmaktadır. Bu mektup bu ilişkiyi vurgulayarak yazıya katkı sağlamak amacıyla sunulmuştur.
