Abstract
In this study, Macrophomina phaseolina isolates were obtained from bean (seventeen), chickpea (nine) and tomato (one) in Erzincan province. In pathogenicity tests, it was determined that the isolates obtained from bean, chickpea and tomato had no effect on seedling emergence of these crops. On the contrary, the isolates from bean and chickpea caused on wilting and dying of these crops, and the isolate of tomato did not exhibit any symptoms on tomato.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, Erzincan ilinde fasulyeden 17, nohuttan 9 ve domatesten 1 Macrophomina phaseolina izolatt elde edilmiştir. Patojenite çalışmaları sonucu fasulye, nohut ve domatesten elde edilen izolatların bu bitkilerde fide çıkışını engellemediği saptanmıştır. Buna karşın, fasulye ve nohuttan elde edilen izolatlarm bitkilerde solma ve kurumaya neden olduğu, domates izolatının ise simptom oluşturmadığı belirlenmiştir.
