An Overview of the Kazakh Storytelling

Abstract
lt is possible to find all the features of theKazakh society in the stories called â'ıîgime inKazakh language.Incidents which are experienced or heardand value standards in the life of the Kazakhise yazılı nation, passed down from generation togeneration first orally in the Form of folkstories, and then with the written narratives.This article focuses on the historicalhikâyeleri, Sovyet dönemi hikâyeleri ve course of Kazakh storytelling. Generalinformation are given about the main themesve and about story writers under the headings ofthe first period stories, stories of the Sovietera, and stories of the post--independenceperiod.

Kazakçada â'ıîgı'me diye tabir edilenhikâyelerde Kazak cemiyetinin bütünözelliklerini bulmak mümkündür.Kazak ulusunun hayatındaki, yaşanılanveya duyulan hadiseler, değer ölçüleri, öncesözlü halk hikâyeleri şeklinde, sonra ise yazılıanlatılarla nesilden nesile aktarılmıştır.Makalede Kazak hikâyeciliğinin tarihîseyri üzerinde durulmuştur. İlk dönemhikâyeleri, Sovyet dönemi hikâyeleri veBağımsızlık sonrası hikâyeler başlıklarıaltında her dönemin kısa hikâye yazarları veişlenen başlıca temalar hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir.
