Abstract
In this article Mosul's political andeconomic status in the llkhanate period havebeen addressed. In the article, aFter beingmentioned the governmental status of Mosul,the political events in Mosul have beendiscussed with being pointed out religiousidentity of the governers. The city's economicstatus has been examined within the contextof agricultural, industrial and commercialactivities and the positive or negative effectson these activities have been touched upon.
