Abstract
With the continuous development of the grammaticalization, language, formation and lexicalization, phono-semantic differentiation and semantic events cause simultaneous use of different morphological and lexical forms of lexical elements in language. In other words, both changed forms and unchanged forms of a morpheme, word or meaning of a word can be used at the same time (synchronically). In this study, it is called "coexistence (eşzamandalık)". Turn into morpheme after grammaticalisation process of a word and also living as a word format can be sample of coexistence. For example -yor suffix have used as a morpheme in Turkish. It is known that diachronic format of this suffix is a verb yorı(yürü-). But language has not discarded of its diachronic format (except phonetic changes). Both of yürü- and -yor have used in Turkish today. There are other examples as well. Apart from these examples emerging in conjunction with the grammaticalization process, "eşzamandalık" (coexistence) occurring during lexicalization, word formation, phono-semantic differentiation or semantic events.
