Abstract

Ekstrofi kloaka veya veziko-intestinal fissür vücudun infra-umblikal ■ bölgesinde çeşitli konjenital anomalilerin birlikte bulunduğu bir klinik tablodur. Ekstrofi kloaka nedeniyle öpere edilen 24 günlük bir hasta takdim edilmekte ve bu nedenle nadir görülen bu anomalinin embriyolojisi tartışılmaktadır.
