Abstract
In this study, the process of constitution making, the pursuits of constitution in Turkey and the basic principles of constitutional orders are examined, If the efforts ofA New Constitution, carried out by Parliament, will not be completed, the suggestions of how to meet the demands on the constitutional renewal have been presented in this study.
Özet
Bu çalışmada anayasa yapım süreci, Türkiyede anayasa arayışları ve anayasal düzene hakim temel ilkeler üzerinde durulmuş, TBMMde yürütülen Yeni Anayasa çalışmalarının akamete uğraması halinde, anayasal yenilenme taleplerinin nasıl karşılanması gerektiği yönünde önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
