The criticism and the analysis of the hadiths about the fast of woman in menstruation

Abstract
The fast of the woman in menstruation is one of the recent subjects under discussion. Some of the researchers referring to the related subjects at their works claim that the woman menstruating can fast whereas the others say that they can t. In this article, the hadiths related to the fast of the woman menstruating were studied. The isnads of related hadiths were first analyzed and then assessed in terms of the text and the content.

Âdet halindeki kadının orucu son zamanlarda yeniden tartışmaya açılan konulardandır. Çalışmalarında konuyla ilgili hadislere de müracaat eden bazı araştırmacılar âdet gören kadının oruç tutabileceğini söylerken diğer bazı araştırmacılar ise oruç tutamayacağını belirtmişlerdir. Bu makalede âdet gören kadının orucuyla ilgili hadisler incelenmiştir. İlgili rivâyetler önce isnad tenkidine tabi tutulmuş, ardından metin ve muhteva yönünden değerlendirilmiştir.
