Mıcro credıt for women as a vehıcle of struggle for poverty: A study on experıences

Kadınların yoksullukla mücadele aracı mikro kredi: Deneyimler üzerinden bir inceleme

Abstract

Poverty is one of the most important issues most negotiateand searched for remedies for solution from past up to now. Poverty felt deeplespecially in rural areas have affected women much more, who don t participator aren t able to participate in workforce, who are under social and economipressure and who can t find any places during the processes of making decision on their own. In this context, several ways of solution have beeproduced in order that women may struggle poverty in most countries in thworld. Microcredit is also one of those ones. Since the aim of this project is tincrease the income of poor people and to contribute to lessen unemployment ithe country, its target mass is unemployed young people, women, homeless anpeasants without land. In this study, to display the struggle of women to whom it should be priority -especially those who are in rural area- out of this targemass by means of giving several examples from our country.

Özet

Yoksulluk, geçmişten günümüze en çok müzakere edilen vçözüm yolları aranan en önemli sorunlardan biridir. Özellikle kırsal alanlardderin bir şekilde hissedilen yoksulluk, işgücüne yeteri kadakatılmayan/katılamayan, sosyal ve ekonomik olarak baskı altında bulunan vkarar alma süreçleri içerisinde kendisine yer bulamayan kadınları çok daha fazletkilemektedir. Bu bağlamda, dünyada birçok ülkede kadınların yoksulluklmücadelesi için çeşitli çözüm yolları üretilmiştir. Bunlardan birisi de mikrkredi projesidir. Bu projenin amacı yoksul insanların gelirini arttırmak, ülkedekişsizliğin azalmasına katkı sağlamak olduğundan hedef kitlesi işsiz gençlekadınlar, evsizler ve topraksız köylülerdir. Bu çalışmada, bu hedef kitle arasındöncelik verilmesi gereken kadınların özellikle kırsal kesimdeki- mikro kredprojesi aracılığıyla yoksullukla mücadelesini ülkemizden çeşitli örneklevererek ortaya koymaktır.
