Abstract
As all other developing countries, there are many children working in the streets in Turkey, and because of the Syrian migrants, the number increases day by day. Most of the children, who are forced to work as a result of the poverty of their families, continue their lives under difficult conditions. This study aims to figure out socio economic conditions, problems and policies to find solutions of the child labor. The sample of the study is 47 children who are under citizenship of Turkey and work in the center of Erzurum province.
Özet
Gelişmekte olan her ülke gibi Türkiye'de de sokakta çalışan çocuklar bulunmakta ve bu durum Suriyeli sığınmacılar nedeni ile her geçen gün artmaktadır. Ailelerinin yoksullukları nedeniyle çalışmak zorunda kalan bu çocukların birçoğu, oldukça zor şartlar altında hayatlarını devam ettirmektedir. Bu araştırma, Erzurum ili merkezinde sokakta çalışan ve Türkiye vatandaşı olan 47 çocuğun sosyo-ekonomik durumlarını ve karşılaştıkları problemleri belirlemek ve bu problemlere yönelik bir takım politikalar geliştirmek amacı ile yapılmıştır.
