Abstract
A few years ago i took care of a patient. She was a wery angry pregnant woman. Firstly, i tlied to analyze the situation as if i were in her position. Then i tried to solve the problems by listening her and talking with her.

Birkaç yıl önce bir hastanın bakımını üstlendim. Bu hasta oldukça öfkeli olan bir gebe idi. İlk olarak onun yerindeymişim gibi durumu analiz etmeye çalıştım. Daha sonra onunla konuşarak ve onu dinleyerek sorunları gidermeye çalıştım.
