Abstract

Work-RelatedStraininNursesand Determination of the Factors Affecting This The study was carried out descriptively with the aim of work related strain in nurses and determination of the factors affecting this. 280 nurses accepting to participate in the study and working and (301 )having duty at Atatürk University Yakutiye and Aziziye Research Hospitals were included in the study. The data were collected by using work-related strain inventory and question form including the variances relating to the work and socio-demographic features formed by the researchers. In the result of the research, score means-the nurses took from work-related strain inventory was 39.20^7.28 .It was detected that work-related strain inventory was affected with the age of the nurses, difficulty in life, admiration on the work, preference now, the habit of cigarette and alchol.

Özet

Çalışma hemşirelerde işe bağlı gerginliği ve bunu etkileyen faktörleri saptamak amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Atatürk Üniversitesi Yakutiye ve Aziziye Araştırma hastanesinde görev yapmakta olan hemşirelerden (301), araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve izinli olmayan 280 hemşire araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan sosyo-demografik özellikler ile iş ile ilgili değişkenleri içeren soru formu ve işe bağlı gerginlik ölçeği (ÎBGÖ ) kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hemşirelerin işe bağlı gerginlik ölçeğinden aldıkları puan ortalamaları 39.20^7:28 idi. Hemşirelerin yaş, yaşamsal zorluk, işte taktir edilme durumu, şimdiki mesleki tercihi, sigara ve alkol kullanma durumu gibi değişkenler ile işe bağlı gerginlik puanlarının etkilendiği saptanmıştır.
