Abstract
A primary cause of localized ridge defects is the loss of bone prior to or during tooth removel. This may be due to developmental defects, periodontal disease, vertical tooth fracture, abses formation, surgical trauma, or traumatic injury. These defects was seen such as bucco-lingual loss of tissue with normal ridge height in an apico-coronal dimension, apico-coronal loss of tissue with normal ridge width in an bucco-lingual dimension; and combination bucco-lingual and apico-coronal loss of tissue resulting in a loss of normal hight and width.
Özet
Lokalize alveoler kret defektlerinin primer sebebi diş çekimi yada kemik kayıplarıdır. Bu defektler; travmatik yaralanmalar, cerrahi travmalar, apse teşekkülü, vertikal diş fraktürleri, periodontal hastalıklar ve gelişimsel defektler sonucu olabilir. Bunlar; normal apiko-kronal yüksekli kretin bucco-lingual yönünde azalma, normal bucco-lingual genişlikteki kretin apico-kronal yönünde azalma veya bunların kombinasyonu olarak görülebilir
