Kök kanal dolgu maddelarinin meydana getirdiği diş renkleşmeleri ve beyazlatma işlemine gösterdikleri cevabın değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

The use of endodontic materials may lead to internal discoloration of teeth. This study evaluated the bleaching of teeth discolored by endodontic sealers. Extracted incisors were prepared, and the following materials were introduced into the pulp cavites:Grossmanis cement Sealapex, N2 and AH26 and then the color of the external buccal tooth surfaces was determined before and three months after introduction of the sealers. All materials produced measurable coronal discoloration, after the sealers were removed, the stained teeth were bleached for 2wk using a walking bleach tecnique. Three months after bleaching the color stability of the bleached teeth evaluated. The least discoloration was observed with AH26 while the most staining was shown Grossmanis cement.

Özet

Endodontik dolgu maddeleri dişlerde internal diş renklenmelerine yol açmaktadır. Çalışmamızda bu maddelerle renklenmiş dişlerin beyazlatılması değerlendirilmiştir. Çekilen keser dişler hazırlandı ve Grossman'ın patı Sealapex, N2 ve AH26 pulpa kavitelerine yerleştirildi. Bu işlemlerden 3 ay sonra buccal yüzeylerindeki renk değişikliği değerlendirildi ve tüm materyallerin renklenmeye yol açtığı görüldü. Kanal dolgu maddeleri uzaklaştırıldıktan sonra 2 hafta süreyle walking bleach tekniği uygulandı. Bleaching işleminden 3 ay sonra renk stabilitesi değerlendirildi. En az renklenme AH26'da görülürken en fazla renklenme Grossman'ın patında görülmüştür.
