ADHESIVE SYSTEMS in DENTISTRY

Abstract

Since Buonocore described the adhesion of enamel with acid etching method, researchers aimed to develop new methods. Because adhesive systems show continuous improvement, they are classified in various ways. With many developments of adhesive systems, dentists follow these developments regularly and choose suitable materials. Thus the clinical success of the restoration and patient satisfaction will also increase. This review includes the historical development and classification of adhesive systems according to the number of clinical application steps and interactions with dentin.

Buonocore' un asitle pürüzlendirme yöntemiyle mineyeadezyonu tanımlamasından bu yana araştırmacılar yeniyöntemler geliştirmeyi amaçlamışlardır. Adeziv sistemlersürekli gelişim kaydettiğinden sınıflandırmaları dadeğişim göstermektedir. Adeziv sistemlerdeki gelişmelerhala devam etmekle birlikte diş hekimlerinin bugelişmeleri düzenli takip ederek uygun materyali tercihetmeleri gerekmektedir. Böylece restorasyonun klinikbaşarı oranı ve hasta memnuniyeti de artacaktır. Buderleme, adeziv sistemlerin başlangıcından günümüzekadar tarihsel gelişimi ve klinik uygulama aşamalarınınsayısına ve dentin ile etkileşimlerine göre sınıflandırılmasınıiçermektedir.
