UNDER THE SCOPE OF “SDU - SOKUM PROJECT”, THE ASSESSMENT OF THE REGIONAL TOY CULTURE BY WAY OF THE EXAMPLES, DETECTED IN ISPARTA DISTRICTS

“SDÜ-SOKÜM PROJESİ” KAPSAMINDA ISPARTA İLÇELERİNDE TESPİT EDİLEN ÖRNEKLER ÜZERİNDEN YÖRESEL OYUNCAK KÜLTÜRÜNE İLİŞKİN BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract

The concept of toy, which is directly connected with children and children's games, varies from culture to culture in terms of genre, material and production techniques. Therefore, toys, which are an integral part of the phenomenon of children's games, constitute one of the cultural values. In this context, by observing the toy culture of a region, it is important to determine the specific toy forms and their changes over time, for the transfer of cultural heritage in this area. In order to reveal the unique characteristics of the toy culture in Isparta region, studies are continuing within the scope of “Intangible Cultural Heritage Project”. Until now, it has been determined that the traditional toy production in Isparta's districts of Gönen, Keçiborlu and Eğirdir is ongoing. In this study, traditional and regional toy types, materials used and production methods were examined through observations in the districts mentioned above.

Özet

Çocuk ve oyun ile doğrudan bağlantılı olan oyuncak kavramı, tür, malzeme, yapım teknikleri açısındankültürden kültüre değişiklik gösterir.Bu nedenle, oyun olgusunun ayrılmaz bir parçası olan oyuncaklar,kültürel değerlerden birini oluşturur. Bu bağlamda bir yöreye ait oyuncak kültürünün gözlemlenmesiyleyöreye özgü oyuncak biçimleri ve bunların zaman içindeki değişimlerinin saptanması, alana ilişkin kültürelmirasın aktarımı için önemlidir. Isparta yöresindeki oyuncak kültürünün de kendine özgü özellikleriniortaya çıkarmak amacıyla Somut Olmayan Kültürel Miras Projesi (SOKÜM) kapsamında araştırmalardevam etmektedir. Şimdiye kadar Isparta’nın ilçelerinden Gönen, Keçiborlu ve Eğirdir’de, günümüzdeazda olsa geleneksel oyuncak yapımının sürdürüldüğü tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile yukarıda belirtilenilçelerdeki gözlemler üzerinden, geleneksel ve yöresel oyuncak türleri, kullanılan malzemeler ve üretimbiçimleri incelenmiştir.
