THE PHILOSOPHIES OF ANAXIMANDER AND HERACLITUS RELATED TO THE POLITICS OF ARCHAIC PERIOD

Arkaik Dönem Politik Yapısıyla liflkili Olarak Anaksimandros ve Herakleitos Felsefeleri

Abstract

The Archaic Period, in which the Greek art, science and philosophy developed, can be considered as the blooming era of Greek civilization. In this context, the political situations that enable these developments in the Greek poleis are crucially important. From this point of view, in the first place it s given a brief account of social and political situations of the period in the Greek poleis and then the philosophies of Anaximander and Heraclitus are examined related to the politics of the term. As well, during these studies, the political tendencies of these philosophers and attitudes towards their poleis are examined. That is to say, the aim of his study is not to mention the whole philosophies of the philosophers in question, but to scrutinize their politic philosophies related to their era.

Özet

Arkaik dönem Grek dünyası sanat, bilim ve felsefi alanlarda pek çok gelişim ve değişimin yaşandığı, Grek medeniyetinin gelişim evresi olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu bağlamda sanat, bilim ve felsefi alandaki yeniliklere ortam ve olanak sağlayan Grek polislerindeki politik durumlar oldukça önemlidir. Buradan kaynakla çalışmamızın çıkış noktası olan Anaksimandros ve Herakleitos felsefelerini dönemin politik gelişimleriyle paralel olarak sunmadan önce söz konusu dönemde Grek polislerindeki politik ve sosyal gelişmelerden kısaca bahsetmek uygun görünmüştür. Daha sonra ise Anaksimandros ve Herakleitos felsefeleri dönemin siyasal yapısı ile ilişkili olarak sunulacak, felsefecilerin kendi polislerinin politik tutumlarına karşı tavırları da incelenecektir. Dolayısıyla çalışmanın amacı, söz konusu düşünürlerin salt felsefelerinden bahsetmek değil, bu felsefeleri kendi dönemi içerisindeki politik gelişmelerle paralel olarak irdelemektir
