Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB) is one of the most common bariatric procedures. Among the septic complications, internal hernias due to mesenteric defects should also be considered in postoperative period. In this case, we present a patient with internal hernia and chylous ascites after LRYGB.
