Abstract
In this study, it has been aimed to modify the method to be used for the examination of synaptonemal complex between homolog chromosomes at the pakiten stage of meiotic division in bull primary spermatocytes. Chromosome aberations have not been observed in metaphase stages in four bulls which were examined by modified micro spreading method of Counce and Meyer. Homolog chromosomes were 29 pairs and bivalan. Y chromosome was paired by 1/3 of X chromosome.
Özet
Bu araştırmada, boğa primer spermatositlerinde mayoz bölünmenin pakiten döneminde, homolog kromozomlar arasındaki sinaptonema kompleksinin incelenmesinde kullanılacak metodun kendi şartlarımıza ayarlanması amaçlandı. Counce ve Meyer'e ait olup modifiye edilen mikro yayma yöntemiyle incelenen 4 boğaya ait metafaz kromozomlarında bir düzensizliğe rastlanmadı. Homolog kromozomlar 29 çiftti ve bivalandı. Y koromozomu X kromozomunun sadece 1/3'ü ile eşleşmişti.
