Chronic bilateral frontal sinusitis and operative treatment in a cat

Abstract
This case report describes a 7-year-old, male, mixed breed cat with chronic bilateral sinusitis. In inspection, deformations around the frontal sinus and mucopurulent discharge of the right eye were observed. Radiography revealed a homogenous tissue density within frontal sinuses. The case was treated successfully by sinusotomy.

Erkek, 7 yaşlı, tekir ırkı bir kedide kronik bilateral frontal sinuzitis tanımlandı. İnspeksiyonda sinus frontalis bölgesinde deformasyon ve sağ gözde mukopurulenrtıir akıntı belirlendi. Radyografide frontal sinus çatısında deformasyon ile sinus boşluğunun homojen doku yoğunluğunda olduğu gözlendi. Olgu sinuzotomi ile başarıyla sağaltıldı.
