Different embryonic originated tumours in a Boxer breed dog

Abstract
In the study; four tumours with different embryonic origins were described in a 10 year old, male, Boxer breed dog macroscopically and microscopically. At the necropsy, masses between the kidneys on the ventral aspect of the lumbal spines, cut surface of the testicles, right stifle joint were observed. At the microscopical examination, a fibrosarcoma between the kidneys on the ventral aspect of the lumbal spines, right testicular seminoma, left testicular cystic adenoma and canine transmissible venereal tumor on the right stifle joint was defined.
Özet
Çalışmada; 10 yaşlı, erkek, Boxer ırkı bir köpekte şekillenen embriyonik kökenleri farklı dört tümör makroskobik ve mikroskobik olarak tanımlandı. Nekropside; lumbal vertebraların ventralinde böbrekler arasında, testislerin kesit yüzünde, sağ diz eklemi üzerinde kitlelere rastlandı. Mikroskobik olarak; lumbal vertebraların ventralinde böbrekler arasında fibrosarkom, sağ testiste seminom, sol testiste kistik adenom, sağ diz eklemi üzerinde ise köpeklerin bulaşıcı venereal tümörü tanımlandı.
