Spine-tech cervı-lok anterior instrumentation

Abstract
Instability is one of the major problems of the cervical spine after surgery for osseodestructive pathologies. There are many stabilization techniques available. In this study patients who had been operated by anterior route and stabilised using Spine-tech Cervi-lok anterior instrumentation are reviewed, discussed, find compared with other techniques described in the literature.
Özet
Servikal bölgede osseodestrüktif patolojilere yönelik cerrahi girişimler sonrası gelişebilen instabilité bu bölgenin cerrahisindeki en önemli sorunlardan birisidir. Dekompresif veya restoratif servikal spinal cerrahi ile birlikte uygulanacak çeşitli stabilizasyon teknikleri hem cerrahi sonucu hemde hastanın postoperatif dönemde hastanede yatış ve rehabi-litasyon süresini etkilediğinden son yıllarda standart nöroşirurji pratiği içinde giderek daha sıklıkla yerini almaktadır. Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde Haziran 1996 tarihinden itibaren kullanılmaya başlanan Spine-tech Cervi-lok plak sisteminin diğer sistemlere göre farkları literatür bilgileri ile karşılaştırılarak incelenmiştir.
