An electronmicroscopic investigation of the interstitial cells in the renal medulla of rat in different states of diuresis

Abstract
The interstitial cells in the renal medulla of rats and the effect on the interstitial cells of water deprivation and water loading were investigated. These cells contained abundant rought endoplasmic reticulum (RER), a well developed Golgi,Lysosomes and lpid droplets that were closed relationship with the diuretic state of animals. In water loaded rats the renal interstitial cells showed a considerable increase in the number of lipid droplets when compared to dehydrated or untreated animals.
Özet
Ratlarda renal medullada interselluler hücreler ve susuzluk ve su yüklenmesinin intersel luler hücrelere etkisi çalışıldı. Bu hücreler bol granüllü endoplazmik retikulum,iyi gelişmiş Golgi,lizozomlar ve diuretik safhaya göre değişen lipid damlaları içerirler. Su yüklenen ratlarda,intersitisyel hücreler dehidrate ve susuz kalanlarla kıyaslandığında lipid damlalarında göz çarpıcı bir artış gösterdi.
