Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between the composition of anaerobic bacterial flora from infected root "canals of primary molars and percussion pain. Materials which were taken from 20 teeth of 16 patients with apical abcess were evaluated. Our results indicated that there is a positive correlation between Peptococcus, Peptostreptococcus, Eubacterium, Porphyromonas and Bacteroides isolated from the infected root canals of primary molars and percussion pain.
