Porselen laminate veneer'lerde deneme işleminin adezyon kuvvetine olan etkisinin in-vitro olarak incelenmesi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the trial operation and how these steps effect adhesion on porcelain laminate veneers. The study's mainly based on applying 28 porcelain discs of 3 mm thick and 6 nun in diameter on 2.5 mm thick tooth pieces. Purpose of this, the porcelain discs divided into 4 groups. After the porcelain surface was treated with resin, the different modification of HF and silane procedures were examined on the groups. The experiments done with the tensometer show that, by applying the non-tried porcelain with HF and silane on etched teeth, highest range of adhesion has been reached. Applying silane has given successful result on every group, however another important fact seen was that applying HF once again has given unsuccessful result.

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı genel olarak porselen laminate veneerlerde deneme işlemi ve sonrası basamakların adezyonu ne yönde etkilediğini tesbit etmektir. Bu amaçla yapılan çalışma 3 mm kalınlığında 6 mm çapında 28 adet porselen diskin,2,5 mm kalınlığındaki diş kesitlerine farklı deneme işlemleri sonrasında yapıştırılmaları esasına dayanmaktadır. Bu amaçla porselen örnekler 4 gruba ayrılmış ve porselen iç yüzeyleri resin ile kontamine edildikten sonra HF ve silan uygulamalarının değişik modifikasyonları gruplar üzerinde denenmiştir. Tensometre ile yapılan deneyler sonucunda hiç deneme yapılmayan; HF ve silan uygulanmış porselenin, asit uygulanmış diş yüzeyine simante edilmesinin en yüksek adezyonu sağladığı tesbit edilmiştir. Silan uygulamasının bütün gruplarda olumlu sonuçlar verdiği HF'nin tekrar uygulamasının ise olumsuz sonuç verdiği bir diğer önemli sonuçtur.
