Restoration of a fractured incisor using cast-post and original tooth fragment

Abstract
In this study the total crown fracture case restoring with original tooth fragment and cast-post system was presented. Clinical examination showed that the crown of upper left central incisor was separated from the root transversally at the subgingival level. In the 6-month examination retention, stability, esthetic condition and periodontal tissues of the tooth were found satisfactory.
Özet
Bu çalışmada döküm post ve orjinal diş kullanılarak restore edilen bir olgu sunulmuştur. Klinik muayene dişin kronunun subgingival seviyede kökten transvers olarak ayrıldığını gösterdi. 6 aylık kontrolde restorasyonun retansiyonu, stabilitesi, estetik durumu başarılı ve periodontal dokuları sağlıklıydı.
