Abstract

Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine whether vitamin D deficiency was present in adults who admitted to our hospital; To determine whether there is a difference between 25- hydroxy vitamin D (25-OH D) levels according to age, sex and seasons. Materials and Methods: Between years 2018-2019; 23,773 patients who admitted to our hospital between winter and summer months were evaluated and age, sex and vitamin D levels were divided into groups according to months. Serum 25-OH D level 100 toxicity. The data were evaluated by the SPSS 22.00 program. One-way Anova test was used in the evaluation of the data. p

Özet

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı hastanemize başvuran erişkinlerde D vitamini eksikliği olup olmadığınıbelirlemek; yaşa, cinsiyete ve mevsimlere göre 25- Hidroksi vitamin D (25-OH D) düzeyleri arasında farkolup olmadığını tespit etmektir.Materyal ve Metot: 2018-2019 yılları arasında kış ve yaz mevsimi aylarında hastanemize başvuran 23.773hasta çalışmaya alındı. Kişiler yaş, cinsiyet ve D vitamini düzeyleri aylara göre gruplara ayrıldı. Serum 25-OH D düzeyinin 100 toksisite olarak kabul edildi.Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tek yönlü varyans analizi testikullanıldı.İstatistiksel analiz için SPSS 22.0 programı kullanıldı. p
