Optical properties of $CuInS-{2}$ semiconductor films

Abstract
In this study, the energy gap values of $CuInS-{2}$ compound semiconductor films produced by means of the spray pyrolysis method at various substrate temperatures are calculated from optical absorption spectrum of films at room temperature.

Bu araştırmada, spray pyrolysis yöntemiyle farklı taban sıcaklıklarında elde edilen $CuInS-{2}$ yarıiletken bileşiğinin, oda sıcaklığında çekilen absorpsiyon spektrumlarmdan enerji bant aralıkları hesaplanmıştır.
