Current-voltage characteristics of $Cd_{0.22} Zn_{0.78}S$

Abstract
In this work, $Cd_{0.22} Zn_{0.78}S$ semiconductor film has been produced by the spray pyrolysis method at 275±5°C substrate temperature, and its electrical properties have been investigated. The film showed n-type conductivity. Electrical measurements have been carried out in dark, in vacuum of $3x10^{-3}$mbar and at temperatures in the range between 65-300K. The conductivity value of the film has been found to lie in between $2,29x10^{-10}-2,60x10^{-9}$ $(ohm.cm)^{-1}$.

Bu çalışmada, spray pyrolysis yöntemiyle 275±5°C taban sıcaklığında elde edilen $Cd_{0.22} Zn_{0.78}S$ yarıiletken filminin elektriksel özellikleri incelenmiştir. Film n-tipi iletkenlik göstermektedir. Elektriksel ölçümler karanlıkta, $3x10^{-3}$mbar' lık vakumda ve 65-300K sıcaklık aralığında alınmıştır. Filmin iletkenliği $2,29x10^{-10}-2,60x10^{-9}$ $(ohm.cm)^{-1}$ arasında değerler almaktadır.
