FORRBIDDEN STATE APPROACH FOR PETRI NETS USIGN PLC

Abstract

In this work, the forbidden state controller design approach is considered to realize by using PLCfor Petri nets. First, the structure of the ordinary Petri nets is transfer to the ladder diagram form ofPLC, a controller design for the forbidden states, the controlled ladder diagram is obtained such thatinformation about the marking vector and the disabled transition, which are obtained by using the de- signed controller. The controlled ladder diagram is obtained such that the information which containson the state and disabled transition, is added to the ladder diagram. In addition, the algorithm and stepsare also given to add the designed controller to the ladder diagram. Consequently, the occurence of theforbidden states is avoided in the considered Petri net by the developed method.

Bu çalışmada, Petri ağları için yasaklanmış kontrolör tasarım yaklaşımının, PLC kullanılarakgerçeklemesi ele alınmıştır. Öncelikle, temel Petri ağının yapısı, merdiven diyagramı formundaPLCye aktarılmakta, yasaklanmış durumlar için kontrolör elde edilmekte ve son olarak elde edilenkontrolörde işaretleme vektörü ve ateşlenmesine izin verilmeyen geçiş bilgileri, merdiven diyagramınailave edilerek kontrol edilmiş merdiven diyagramı elde edilmektedir. Ayrıca, kontrolörün merdivendiyagramına ilave edilebilmesi için gerekli algoritma ve adımlar da verilmiştir. Böylece, geliştirilenyöntem ile ele alınan Petri ağında yasaklanmış durumların meydana gelmesi engellenmektedir.
