Peripolar cells and granulated tubulus cells in sheep and newborn lambs

Abstract
Peripolar cells are granulated cells that form a cuff around the vascular pole of the glomerulus. They contain cytoplasmic granules, which contain plasma proteins, although they may also have a secretory function. Peripolar cells absorb plasma proteins from glomerular filtrate. The purpose of this study is to observe granulated peripolar cells and tubulus.
Özet
Peripolar hücreler glomerülde damar kutbunu manşet şeklinde saran granule hücrelerdir. Salgı fonksiyonları olduğu halde plazma proteinleri içeren granuller içerirler. Peripolar hücreler plazma proteinlerini glomeruler filtrattan absorbe ederler. Bu çalışmanın gayesi granule peripolar hücreler ve tübülüslerin gözlenmesidir.
