Abstract

The recognition and the appearance of the human rights covers very long years. In the historical process, the ideas of many philosophers, revolutions and economic events have led to the development of the rights. The current article wants to treat a short history of the development of human rights and Prof. Dr. Karel Vasak s theory of three generation of human rights. At least will be the fourth generation of human rights identified which emerged in recent years.

nsan hakların tanınması ve ortaya çıkması bir anda olmamıştır. Tarihsel süreçte birçok düşünürün fikirleri, devrimler, sosyal ve ekonomik olaylar hakların gelişimini yönlendirmiştir. İşte bu makale insan hakları gelişiminin kısa tarihi ile Prof. Dr. Karel Vasakın hakları üç kuşağa ayırdığı sınıflandırmayı incelemektedir. Son yıllarda ortaya çıkan dördüncü kuşağı incelemektedir.
