An Analysison the Story of “Eve Düşen Yıldırım” by Nahid Sırrı Örik

Abstract

Nahid Sırrı Örik, who doesn’t attend any literary groups in the period which he lives, is one of the writers that reach to present-day through especially his novels and stories. The article that examines “Eve Düşen Yıldırım” story consists of five main parts. In the introduction part, firstly short information is given about the author and then is mentioned about the identity of the story and arguments related to it. In the subject part, the content of the story is explained in detail, in the theme part is found that individual and social themes are used together in the text. The structure part is interpreted under the titles of five lower parts as plot, characters, time, place, language and narration in detail. Intheplot, main incidents that create thrill spots of the story are discussedand conflict elements among heroes are presented. Firstly charactersare introduced with their physical characteristics and then their typical features in the story are included. In the chapter of time, social and incident time of the story is determined. Outdoor of the story is Ankara and also the house in Cebeci forms inner space. Finally, in language and narration part the author’s style and basic phrases used in the story are explained with examples briefly. In the conclusion part, passion for the beauty of the author is emphasized and determined that “Eve Düşen Yıldırım” is a typical example of a story that reflects the author’s understanding.

Özet

Yaşadığı dönemde herhangi bir edebîtopluluğa katılmayan Nahid Sırrı Örik, özellikle roman ve hikâyeleriyle adını günümüze taşıyan yazarlardan birisidir. Yazarın Eve Düşen Yıldırımadlı hikâyesinin incelendiği makale,başlıca beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde öncelikle yazarla ilgili kısa bir bilgi verildikten sonra hikâyenin künyesineve hikâye hakkında çıkan tartışmalara değinilmiştir. Konu bölümünde hikâyenin muhtevası ayrıntılı bir şekilde anlatılmış, tema başlığında ferdî ve sosyal temaların birlikte kullanıldığı bilgisine ulaşılmıştır. Yapı bölümü; olay örgüsü, şahıs kadrosu, zaman, mekân, dil ve anlatım olmak üzere beş alt başlıkta ayrıntılı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Olay örgüsünde hikâyenin gerilim noktalarını oluşturan belli başlı olaylarele alınarakkahramanlar arasındaki çatışma unsurları ortaya konulmuştur. Şahıslar ise öncelikle fiziki özellikleri ile tanıtılmış ve sonrasında şahısların hikâyedeki ayırıcı niteliklerine yer verilmiştir. Zaman bahsinde hikâyenin vaka zamanı ve sosyal zamanı belirlenmiştir. Hikâyenin dış mekânı Ankara’dır ve bunun yanında Cebeci’deki ev ise iç mekânı oluşturur. Son olarak dil ve anlatım bahsinde de yazarın üslubu ve hikâyede kullanılan temel anlatım tarzları örnekler verilerek kısaca açıklanmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise yazarın güzellik tutkusuna vurguyapılarak Eve Düşen Yıldırım’ın yazarının edebî anlayışını yansıtan tipik bir hikâye örneği olduğu bulgusu saptanmıştır.
